Delivery Policy
How it gets to your front door
I make everything by hand and therefore I do require a lead time of 20 working days but I'll try to get your order out as quickly as I can and keep my customer informed during the making process. This making process usually includes creating, waiting for it to dry out, then two firings (bisque and glaze). This is why it can take longer than expected for a personalised creation, but totally worth it!

POSTAGE
I can ship worldwide. I use Royalmail or MyHermes to ship orders so once you have contacted me we can arrange the delivery costs depending on your location.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS
All customer bespoke order lead times differ from one project to the next depending on the size and style, completion dates will be discussed directly with the customer. Please consider they will need to be made, fully dried out, bisque fired and fired for a second time for before being glazed. I usually make the piece and send a photo to my customer to check they are happy before posting. If it's a large item I may ask for a deposit to cover any material costs e.g new/different clay or glazes.

RETURNS
I hope you are happy with your orders and enjoy them as much as I did making them, however if for any reason you are not, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging. If you receive faulty or damaged goods due to delivery and how fragile pottery can be, please contact me asap.
